স্টিলের কন্টেইনারটিতে পরিমাণমত দুধ দিন এবং চাইলে অল্প পরিমাণ পানি দিতে পারেন। ফ্লেভার চেঞ্জ করতে চাইলে পছন্দ অনুযায়ী ফল দিতে পারেন। সবশেষে বিদ্যুৎ সংযোগ দিয়ে ৬-৮ ঘণ্টা রেখে দিলে সম্পূর্ণ দোকানের মতই দই তৈরি হবে এবং দই তৈরি হয়ে গেলে পরিবেশন করুন।
